These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Poco Live website, waitlist, and online store. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Poco Live

Poco Live sells premium lifestyle products, including bags and accessories. Product availability, pricing, and launch timing may change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase from our store. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating orders or joining the waitlist.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or priority access. Waitlist communications may include launch updates and marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed when payment is successfully received through our payment provider (Paystack) or when we manually confirm alternative payment arrangements.
• We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment was taken, we will refund you.
• Product images are for illustration. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur.

5. Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. By completing checkout, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown, including applicable shipping fees where displayed. Failed or abandoned payments do not create a binding order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and shipping fees depend on your location and the courier selected at checkout. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy and applicable consumer protection law in Ghana.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, photography, text, and design — is owned by Poco Live or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our content without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with site security or functionality
• Submit false or misleading information
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse customer or product data

10. Disclaimer

Our website and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to the site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poco Live is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith contact at pocolive.pl@gmail.com.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
