Thank you for shopping with Poco Live. This page explains how we ship orders, what to expect on delivery, and how returns and refunds work.
Shipping
Processing time
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. During product launches or peak periods, processing may take longer; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Ghana deliveries
We deliver across Ghana using trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Accra and major cities are usually faster; regional deliveries may take longer.
International shipping
We ship selected international destinations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout where available. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, order weight, and courier rates. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on the site or at checkout.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information where available. If you have not received an update within the expected timeframe, contact us at pocolive.pl@gmail.com with your order reference.
Incorrect or undelivered orders
Please inspect your package on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or was delivered to the wrong address, contact us within 48 hours with your order reference and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
Returns & exchanges
Return window
Unworn, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless the item was marked as final sale.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale or limited edition (where stated)
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
How to start a return
- Email pocolive.pl@gmail.com with your order reference, item name, and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method unless we arrange collection.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage in transit).
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Mobile-money and card refunds are handled through Paystack and may take additional time depending on your provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, contact us before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Where an exchange is not possible, we will offer a refund or store credit by agreement.
